- a sluggish memory

Okay so its 1125pm now. and i'm packing up for the weekend. whats happening to sundays? normally sundays fuel my week up. but like today for example, its been really on and off. sometimes i'm happy and other times its just really empty. well at least there was chem to keep me 'alive' all day. sigh. so yeah. so i think this week, saturday was my fuel-up day. although most of the day was physics, went to hearts on fire with thad and angie at CJC. well, was really happy to see those two again. especially thad.. and the whole event was really good. i think its part of the NUS catholic awareness week or something.. but yeah. although my school is but a pathetic subset of the university, felt really.. proud to a certain extent. and makes me respect my older brother alot. anyway, god spoke to me again yesterday. and its good to hear his voice again. the last i truly felt him burn alive was right before i was confirmed. body trembling from top to toe. and the prayover was really something i found really beautiful. if you go down, youre at peace. i seriously dont know why some can say 'oh my gosh he went down! i'm freaked out.' freaked out? are you sure? when christ is working you, healing you, strengthening your body soul and spirit?? i just does not fit. Hearts on fire. yes my heart was on fire last night. its on fire right now. i am telling you the truth. i'm sitting here now and i feel te spirit RIGHT NOW. that is what is guiding me to keep writing now. if even 5 minutes ago i was bitterly clearing some of my things. peace. its a few minutes to midnight and the start of a fresh school week. and i dont regret one bit that i am blogging now, this is one of those times.. yes theres test tomorrow and all. but i trust. and i have done my part, now its in my father's hands. heavenly father, thank you so much. thank you for this gift of life you have provided for me. even if i dont act as if i appreciate it sometimes. thank you for my family and my parents and my friends who have made sacrifices for me. and thank you for teaching us about how to love. this weekend, you have turned the dying embers in my heart into roaring bonfire sized flames. i give you my entire self, now and forever. i invite you into my life as well as the life of my loved ones. i am still.. i am admiring the work of your hands. its all your creation.. help me to live my life the way you planned it to be. its all in your hand now, dad (: my mind is at peace. |
